Would definitely rate 5 stars. Donna goes out of her way to learn about her client to find the perfect house. She also listen and remembers likes, and dislikes. Her "Yes, I can make that happen", attitude is great, and her integrity is above reproach. Anything we asked of her she made happen. Also willing to put in what ever time and effort was required.
Donna was very helpful throughout the entire process-driving to countless properties, answering many questions and assisting with the variety of details of closing and getting moved in. We were out of state, and her willingness to meet service personnel at the property, going in and getting everything turned on prior to arrival and welcoming us with balloons and champagne-a lovely touch. She even returned with a bag of ice so we could settle in to the unpacking with cold beverages-all during a driving thunderstorm. We are happy with the property and glad to have someone help us get there.
